I believe that relaxation is the gateway to a healthy mind and body. So how does relaxation happen? It's a four-phase process, and I’m here to guide you to it.
Four Phases of Relaxation
Retreat—Take a deep, cleansing breath... welcome to "within"... a safe, sacred space... both beautiful and serene.
Release—Immerse yourself in the unwinding process... let go of stress, muscle tension, unwanted thoughts and feelings... all of the circumstances that lead to dis-ease.
Restore—Allow your being to return to its natural state... one of balance and alignment.
Renew—Give yourself that little something extra... enhance your sense of well-being and peace of mind.

Private sessions offer Integrative Relaxation Bodywork and Mindful Relaxation Coaching—
I'll use an integrative bodywork approach, incorporating many somatic and relaxation modalities specifically chosen to suit your body’s needs.
I’ll coach you to "retreat, release, restore and renew." in the way only you and your body can. so that you can begin to relax whenever and wherever you want.
Relaxation Reboot is your relaxation destination. a group class where every Wednesday I rotate meditation and breathwork/gentle movement. Join me for 20-40 minutes and open to your innate relaxation response.
Classes and events, like yoga and Tibetan qigong, teach you to tune into a deeper connection that you will be able to create at will, anytime and anywhere. I teach some of these classes while others are offered by a host of associates who regularly offer courses through the Center.
